No, GirlsOf360Online.com is the sister site of GirlsOf360Video.com.  In due time, we will phasing out GirlsOf360Video.com and migrating all content to our new home site of GirlsOf360Online.com.  With that said, GirlsOf360Online.com is now your only official source for Girls of 360 video content.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
At the moment, we are only able to accept payments via PayPal. 

IF I PLACE AN ORDER WITH A CREDIT CARD, HOW WILL THE BILL APPEAR ON MY STATEMENT?
When you receive your credit card bill, your transaction will show up as being billed from Go360 Media.

IF I ORDER A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD, HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE THE MOVIE FILE?
Once your transaction is completed and your payment has been approved, then you will receive an email containing your download link immediately, usually no longer than 1-2 minutes.

WHAT KIND OF DEVICES CAN I PLAY THE DIGITAL DOWNLOAD MOVIE FILES ON?
All digital download files are encoded in a high resolution Quicktime movie format, capable of being viewed on any computer, smartphone, and tablet.

IF I PLACE AN ORDER, ARE THE DVDs SENT IN DISCREET PACKAGING?
Yes, every order that we send out is shipped in plain, nondescript brown packaging and is addressed from Go360 Media.

WHAT TYPE OF DELIVERY SERVICE DO YOU USE TO SHIP ORDERS?
We ship all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class Mail.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do ship internationally.

IF I PLACE A DVD ORDER, HOW SOON IS IT SHIPPED?
All orders are processed immediately and will be shipped within 1-2 days after it has been placed.

HOW LONG ARE THE DVDs?
Each DVD varies in length, but they average anywhere between 90-120 minutes, including bonus content (special features).

FOR SOME REASON, MY PROMO CODE DOESN'T WORK.
If you are entering a promo code for a free or discounted DVD, then make sure you add that DVD to your cart first.  For example, for 'Buy 1, Get 1 Free' offers, you must add both the title you wish to purchase, and the title you wish to get for free to the cart.  Upon checkout, you will be prompted to enter your promo code, and discount will then be applied.

DO YOU ALLOW REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES FOR YOUR DVDs?
Unfortunately, do to the widespread nature of piracy nowadays, we are not able to provide refunds or exchanges for any of our DVDs.  All sales are final.

DO YOU SELL RAW FOOTAGE FROM YOUR VIDEOS?
We do sell raw footage from our videos, but unfortunately not directly on our website. If you wish to inquire about purchasing raw footage from any of our titles, then contact us here.
